Seamless Interoperability based on FHIR Standards
AcquisHEALTH Integration
Platform
Built on a novel microservices architecture, the AcquisHEALTH platform facilitates seamless integration and bi-directional communications with existing Electronic Health Records systems.
It utilizes the HL7/FHIR data standard and Snomed CT clinical terminologies to ensure interoperability with existing EHRs and other healthcare systems. Data can be seamlessly imported and exported from and to other standard-based systems.
International clinical coding standards like
ICD10/ICD 11 and local coding standards
are also supported.
The AcquisHEALTH platform can consume data in real-time from remote medical monitoring
and smart sensor devices and immediately display information on dynamic patient-centric dashboards for viewing by the HCP
and the patient.
Standard International Interoperability Format
AcquisHEALTH is built using the FHIR data standard
while also supporting international clinical terminologies such asSnomed CT, Snowstorm CT and ICD10/11 to
maximize data quality while minimizing data errors -
ensuring maximum interoperability and
(most importantly) improving patient outcomes.
